Our approach to licensing has produced billions in sales.
It is really funny to see others try to talk about partnering since we are the authentic inventors some years ago. They're all copycats. Even invention companies incorporate our partnering terminology into their websites and literature to try to make themselves look good. It's pathetic. It shows how original they are. They're all words and no show.
Besides no one - and we mean no one - knows or applies our inside trade secrets to licensing. No one. We've been advised not to reveal them concisely, to protect them, but rest assured they pervade everything we do.
Strategy first
After doing your research and a SWOT analysis, you need to decide whether an exclusive or non-exclusive approach is best. If it's exclusive, what are the terms and conditions? Some key points are:
